Simple changes such as going out for walks, riding your bike or even
playing on a trampoline can make you feel more energetic and generally
healthy.
Take the stairs instead of the elevator,join a dance class. It seems
simple but fresh air really does do you a world of good. Instead of
sitting inside on a nice day, get yourself out side! Any changes you
make to your usual routine that make you more active will improve your
health and allow you to get a better quality of sleep.
When you improve your health you improve your wellbeing.
When you improve your health and wellbeing you improve your performance
in all aspects of your life.
